- All nominations and applications must be made on official nomination forms.
- All entries must be received by 15 June 2010.

Nomination/Application and Processing Fee
- The application and processing fee of USD 80 / RM250.00 is due upon the submission of Forms.
- This fee is non-refundable.
- All crossed cheques should be made payable to: "APS PUBLICATIONS SDN BHD".
